F&B ONLINE | MOBILE COMMERCE SOLUTION
Our client runs a chain of Japanese restaurants aiming to offer a unique takeaway experience while ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene from preparation to dining. This project is an F&B online solution across multiple platforms, from web to mobile. The buying and selling system aims to provide a seamless customer experience, allowing end users to buy food via an e-commerce site. Sellers can also use a POS system to remotely take orders via social media, with no location limits. After collecting orders, staff assign them to branches, check inventory, prepare food, and shippers deliver via apps. Customers can track their order progress throughout orders.

In the initial phase, the customer seeks a comprehensive system that covers sales, online menus, order management, and a dashboard. They also need inventory and product management, along with permission control and other configurable options. Web order functionality is also essential. In the second phase, two modules will be added: BOM (Bill of Material) and UOM (Unit of Measure), which are vital for efficient inventory management. These modules help track goods more closely from purchase through processing and to sale.
